They should make a rule that people can't PM players more than twice their level or more.
It would be a good anti-bot system, lower level players may be talking to/asking players for help/advice.
It would make private talks harder to do, anyways. Since I have a friend who comes on every now and then, they're not even above 1/2 my level (They don't play much), we talk on there mainly to save some time.

Sadly it's hard to tell if they are bots or not. Even though there are mostly lvl 5 bots, there could be higher lvl ones.
That is true.
Though, Why not make the restriction atleast 30, or give us an option to set a level for who can message us and who can't.
Like
Level 30+ can message me, anyone below gets told "You have to be level 30 to message this player"
Make the max level 80 for messaging restriction, unlock it at level 50, doesn't let you restrict any level that's above what is below 5 of your level
Example- Level 66, can restrict up to level 60 and below. (61 is the 5th)
