You figure that people who play online games seen these type of bots before know they shouldn't be trusted but with the number of people asking if its okay to use to a bit sad.

so annoying we cant block them!! or blacklist them! there should be a way to report their a bot right away. so they can deal with them.

They should make a rule that people can't PM players more than twice their level or more.

I guess it seems smart to advertise a bot on this game since people spend thousands of dollars on it. Assuming they are charging for the bot that is.

Or, they could take that account that have spent thousands and sell it.

Or, they could install a worm in your system that steals your financial information and take money right out of your bank and/or max out your credit card.

Or, it could be "nice" and merely install a bunch of adware on your system so that every time you open your machine or a browser, you are enticed by WONDERFUL products.

Alternative revenue streams man, you don't have to charge for what you sell. Ain't it wonderful when things are free?

It would be a good anti-bot system, lower level players may be talking to/asking players for help/advice.

It would make private talks harder to do, anyways. Since I have a friend who comes on every now and then, they're not even above 1/2 my level (They don't play much), we talk on there mainly to save some time.

Sadly it's hard to tell if they are bots or not. Even though there are mostly lvl 5 bots, there could be higher lvl ones.

Though, Why not make the restriction atleast 30, or give us an option to set a level for who can message us and who can't.

Like

Level 30+ can message me, anyone below gets told "You have to be level 30 to message this player"

Make the max level 80 for messaging restriction, unlock it at level 50, doesn't let you restrict any level that's above what is below 5 of your level

Example- Level 66, can restrict up to level 60 and below. (61 is the 5th)

Bots don't message in personal they always message in they always message in world channel

we all must remember they are doing active server mergers weekly , eventho there hasnt been a merge in over a month lol

Not 100% true. There were 3 accounts running PMs to everyone on my server today. I got multiple of them on different accounts.All 3 were level 5 accounts.

its like plague indeed, cuz of em many people using that bot , oasis tried stopping bot users for months, they released soft update, but bot creators just reupdated bot and all over again, ive been in touch with someone from oasis hq , they said they are working on perma update for those all bot users, tho it have been 2-3 months, no update towards this bs.

All those BOT characters that runs in the village, sends their MSGs thru Personal Chat, not the World Chat as they are only Lv6 and below.. And chatting in World Chat requires atleast Level 15...
