What do you guy think the best mood for Hinata would be?
She would gain the most from life or defence but would it be better to give her more resistance to balance things out?

I would go for +health -ninjutsu. I currently have +25 health and -5 resistance cause i just couln't get the one I wanted so I settled with that.
