Myoboku trial bug 3rd time

For the past 3 Myoboku trial events, I always get 1 play on the Naruto tile game where I get a prize error message and then the game skips a prize so my last prize is a stam pot instead of coupons. Before every play of it, I take a screenshot of my coupons now because last time I reported this, customer service tried to say it's just a visual bug and that I got my coupons. This time I reported it to customer support and they just said that when you don't knock the last tile off, you don't get coupons. If you miss knocking the tile off, you just hit it from the other side so it is almost impossible to lose at this game. Just look at the prizes on the left and see how they are 1 behind what they should be. The first picture is from when I got this error message from last event as I forgot to take a picture of the actual error message this time out of frustration and trying to screen cap every disk along the way. Still haven't received my 20 coupons from last time and missing 20 this time.

MYO4 Proves that I did knock the last tile off since I got the stam potion for doing it, it's just a prize behind is all because of a bug.

COUPon<x>cut2 Coupons after the game. About a minute of time passes between pics give or take due to print screening and crop/saving them.

I shouldn't have to go through these lengths just to prove that a bug has been happening for the past few months in a game riddled with bugs. I shouldn't get this frustrated fighting with customer support just to prove my claim. Check the game files if you don't believe me.
