What I like to do is have a designated "Tank Team" that I put right in front of the enemy's main team when I challenge them.

What's your current Main Team?

currently its just a blitz team consisting of Lightning,asuma WB, Iruka and mifune

I think that'll be fine for your first team.

For a designated tank team, you could go Hinata-Kimimaro-Kabuto-someone like Iruka who does either support or interrupt.

As for your third team, I really want to put that Kazekage Gaara to good use... hm...
