I don't know about that whole 500 scroll business but so far everyone on my server pulled him at 210.

its just 210-220 pulls if 500 either he lies or he sure dont any have luck.

he is fix 210, who got him with less scrols dont count they already got free draws, every comon will descrease 10 seals from total draw.
