Usually what I recommend when facing something like Minato Jacket and Masked man where they can dodge, I would focus the Wind Main. If you want to focus a particular unit like the units that can dodge, I would wait for your standard attacks to waste their dodge first before proceeding to use mystery on them. It will also depend on what ninjas you have and what team you are using. However, it is not impossible to beat that team =]

If you can provide maybe a list of your characters maybe someone will have an idea of a better way of beating them =p

Try root or genjutsu mirror return. Itachi is about $3000 -7500 so it is fair if it is unbeatable.

if you don't own initiaitve hmm...

1) han, tsunade hokage, af, sailor sakura full healing mode

2) hashirama, naruto 6 tails, gakido, crimson fist

3) SB with mirror return and immunity mystery.

if you own initiative there are a ton (aka interrupt itachi with your prompt move 1 XD).
