Naruto frowned as he walking back home. Sakura and Kakashi weren't in their usual training ground. He was gonna ask them some things, but looks like they weren't there. What's more, he bumped in to Kiba, Shikamaru and Choji. He asked them about his birthday, but they were more confused rather than shocked that his birthday is today, which made Naruto sad.

The blonde sighed before he saw Crimson and Lee carrying some rather large crates, which puzzled Naruto because he swore it almost looked like a huge pastry of sorts.

The blonde grinned and ran up to the two. "Oi Lee! Crimson!"

The two youthful students of Gai froze for a bit, before continuing on walking, trying to ignore Naruto as best as they can. Unfortunately for them, Naruto was already beside them.

"What are you two carrying?"

Sweat dripped from Crimson's forehead as he awkwardly smiled at Naruto. "Well, this is just a D-rank mission me and Lee-kun are doing. We're going to be delivering this to Iruka-sensei so please, don't mind us and carry on."

Naruto nodded but then asked something. "Alright, but why does it look like a cake?" The two youthful shinobi froze as their eyes widened, which was went unnoticed by Naruto. "And by the way, did you two remember my birth-"

"Oh look at the tie! We need to get going!" And the two disappeared in a dust cloud, leaving Naruto alone. "We'll see you later, Naruto!"

"day is today." Naruto slumped as he decided to walk around. "Oh man. It looks like they don't remember my birthday." The blonde looked up and saw Hinata, talking with Breeze and Azure. "Hinata-chan! And Breeze-imouto as well! They might have remember my birthday."

With conviction, he started approaching his girlfriend, little sister and her best friend. From what Naruto could see, Hinata was giggling at whatever Breeze and Azure were saying.

"Afternoon Hinata-chan! Imouto-chan! Azure-chan!"

The three mentioned females looked up and saw Naruto walking up to them. Breeze smiled at seeing her brother and hugged him. "Nii-san! What brings you here?"

"Well, I was just gonna ask if someone you know has their birthday today."

Breeze looked at the two with a questioning look. "IS someone's birthday today?"

Hinata thought for a moment before shaking her head. "N-no one that I could think of."

Azure shrugged her shoulders. "No dice, can't think of anyone."

Those answers tugged a bit at Naruto's heart, most specially the ones coming from Breeze and Hinata, his sister and his girlfriend forgetting his birthday.

"O-oh, well, see you guys later then."

With a fake smile he waved at the three girls, who waved back and smiled at him. He swore that he almost saw a tear falling from Hinata's cheek. He took note of this and filed it in his mind. He needed to get rid of some of his sadness with some ramen.

Timeskip to later

But to his shock,

"EH?!"

It was closed, the sign saying 'Closed Until Further Notice'

Naruto fell to his knees in disbelief as he started to grumble. "This is ridiculous! First some of my friends forgot that my birthday is today, and now Ichiarku's is closed?! Worst day ever."

The jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi stood up and started to wander aimlessly and before he knew it, he was on top of the Hokage Mountain, directly on his father's head. Naruto loomed over the village as he remembered his past birthdays. The cakes, the gifts, the food and most importantly, the friends he had when it happened

But his smiled turned into a frown as he remembered one detail. "Pervy Sage...." His Godfather was dead, the man he spent two and a half years with training, with Scarlet and Crimson.

"You know, it's not so nice to be brooding over here alone, Naruto-kouhai."

Said blonde looked behind him a he saw Konan looming above him in her Tenshi Mode. Her paper wings dispersed as she dropped down besides Naruto.

"Oh, hey Konan-senpai. What are you doing here?"

The former Akatsuki smiled and outstretched her hand. "Why, to give you this of course."

Naruto saw an envelope in Konan's hand, in which he took. He opened it up and saw an address to it, and saw it was at his apartment.

"Eh? Konan-senpai, what does this mean?"

To his shock, she was no longer there. Naruto stared at the address in his hand and decided to wait until the time it specified to be there.

Timeskip - Night

Naruto arrived at his home, looking at the address. "Well, this is it. I haven't seen my friends in hours, I wonder where they are?"

He twisted the knob and opened his door. Naruto saw it was dark and heard some hushing. He opened up the light and was met with the sight of his friends.

"SURPRISE!"

Naruto's eyes widened as he saw the banner "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NARUTO!"

Naruto felt a smile crept up his face as he looked that everyone he knew. Yes, EVERYONE, even Orochimaru, Sasuke, Nagato and etc. we’re alive.

“I should’ve expected you guys we’re gonna throw me a birthday party.”

Breeze and Hinata grinned as they leaned against their favorite blonde.

“As if your own sister and girlfriend would forget your birthday.”

Orochimaru stepped forward and had a smile on his face, prompting Breeze and Hinata to walk back to the crowd. “Today is the day for your birth, Naruto-kun. For that, here is my present.”

Three random Oto-shinobi were brought forward. Orochimaru waved through hand seals with precision and clapped his hands.

“Kuychiose: Edo Tensei!”

The three Oto-shinobi turned into nothing but ash. Three coffins rose up from the ashes and had the knajis of father, mother and godfather. The lids fell down and showed the cracked bodies of Minato, Kushina and Jiraiya.

The three looked up and smiled at Naruto.

“Naruto-kun, happy birthday!”

Kushina smiled and pumped her fist in the air. “Happy Birthday Naru-chan, dattebane!”

Jiraiya stepped forward and placed his hand over Naruto’s head, before he pulled him into a hug.

“Happy birthday Naruto.”

Naruto's smiled widened as he let the tears finally fall. Kushina coughed into her hand as he looked at everyone

“Maa maa. This is really bringing a tear to my eye."

Nagato smiled and nodded "Agreed."

Tsunade smiled and clapper her hands as she looked at the buffet table. "Alright! Let's dig in!"

Everyone of Naruto’s friends and acquaintance agreed as they all began to dug in. Naruto held HInata on his lap, feeding her and himself some cinnamon buns

Forget what he said earlier, this was the definitely the best day ever.

This was the best I could create. I'll probably edit this on a later date. Probably not since it's just a one-shot.
