Pain - Ningendo is supposed to do immobilize when it uses chase? from repulse into knockdown? because there isnt anything on the definition of the ability that he can immobilize. i mean this makes this pain pretty ok(not op) because he lacks in other domains ,but why isnt there anything about this on the definition?

no,i have wind main + hinata + pain - nin and i am sure that no one else has IMMOBILIZE
