all these zombies can be killed by effecs like ignite and poison

plus, their weakness is based on what type of zombie they are. If your ninja is of certain element, then there's a counter to it.

if zombie is water - weakness is earth element

if zombie is wind - weakness is fire element

if zombie is lightning - weakness is wind element

if zombie is fire element - weakness is water element

if zombie is earth - weakness is lightning element

issue is that what element the puppet is he will be effected by that element attack and poision and ignite also affect them

im on pain those puppet ninja it seems the story mode naruto sage mode is the only 1 that can attack them in my team what do i do

Hover the ninja type and put ninjas in your team that damage that puppet type. Alternatively stack poison / ignite.

- Taijutsu puppets (green) take only taijutsu damage.
- Ninjutsu puppets (yellow) take only ninjutsu damage.
- Elemental puppets (various colors, matches their element) take only the elemental damage caused (earth, fire, wind, water, etc.)

To see if your ninja causes elemental damage, go into "ninja" then star upgrade and click the ? on "additional star attributes". The pop up allows you to hover skills and see if they contain elemental damage. Often ninjutsu heavy units do elemental damage but this is not always the case.
