What happens in a situation like in GNW, one side has 2 Orochimaru's and since Orchimaru's passive allows him to revive from the dead if a sound ninja is sacrificed. Does it create an infinite loop, where 1 Orochimaru dies and the other revives over and over again??

It won't happen. U can't have 2 Orochimaru in the same team even though they're different type.

The best way to revive Orochimaru is thru Kabuto's clone.

But he can only revive from "Sound NInja" in the SAME team, not from different teams.

It doesn't matter how many sound ninjas or Orochimaru you have in other teams. He can't be revived from there.

Remember also there are mysteries like mabui's or onoki's that don't let you ressurrect if you get killed by them.
