The site needs a global system to search players by server/level/power

After discussing with someone about finding people with different levels/power, it occurred to me that we should have a function on the website to be able to search players from any server and view them ranked by level or power or whichever criteria you want, across all servers.

Having something like this helps promote growth and helps people get an understanding of what kind of players exist outside of their own server and what makes them strong.
