Max level is 16, that works out as 65%. Max cost of level up is 20 scrolls which begins after 45% per 4% gained.

5-25 - 10 scrolls
25-45 - 50 scrolls
45-65 - 100 scrolls

Total cost per ninja to current max level = 2,400 ingots. Translated into real money = $47.9904
