My personal advice as a player has always been to not spend on the RNG aspect but what is guaranteed. If the redeemable items look good, that's what I would focus on. Minato is a plus and yes, there was a high volume of Minato's obtained, but in the end. It's still RNG. There will be players that will receive them and others who won't.
