So i have a question for Oasis since i feel robbed, i like the game so i figured i would spend a couple thousand ingots on trying to get minato you know the ninja you guys put in that's the most Overpowered bull* ninja ever? ya him anyway i didn't get him but i was glad to see that lvl 30s and 50s got him with 0 money put in so may i be told what the % of getting rare ninjas are and why anybody should ever give you guys any money if its literally pointless considering its luck ba

Arena i love arena its the best place to go to if you want to see how Oasis has failed in this game totally..let me explain i reached kage a week or so ago by pure luck the other day cultivation event started so i figured 15 wins cool will be fun..its almost made me quit the game yesterday i spent the better part of 4 hours to get 4-5 wins all i went against where people who must have been 30-40 k power above me i never went first...placing that aside even if i did go first what does it matter because oasis made it impossible to beat teams with minato & wind main....or even more fun teams which are broken to the point that i do not understand how its allowed roshi/han/sailor sakura/water main poison tai..i would love an answer from oasis how to beat a player with this team which requires $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and nothing else..so yes please may i have an official answer on how to beat these teams.
for anybody curious im sitting at kage -6.

Since i've had no reply i'll update,
Just finished matsuri...lol by finished i mean got wiped by people twice my battle power 5 levels above me..again where is the balance? how does this match making work?
my BP 38000, the two people i came against in first two matches 83 power 67000 second match 81 power 57000 fantastic match making another event i guess i wont bother doing?

sed on level first, which means unless you are lv 95, power doesn't enter into matching consideration. +/-5 is well within what is "normal", it can get as far as +/-10 w/o adjustment from what I understand and even further when there is a win/loss adjustment, so it can be quite bad.
In your particular case, you have the misfortune of facing someone who is way more powerful than player usually are at a particular level, either a level freezer or a ptw. Both of which negatively impact the average players in not just masuri, but also sage.
As for arena, ranked is hell, I more or less gave up. All it gives are some rare frags anyway, most of which I don't really need much. I finished the 15 win event in around a hour, after around 25-30 total fights in training, along with 8 arena quests so i was using a number of weird teams doing it. Life is much easier in training.

I'm terribly sorry that you didn't receive your desired ninja.
My personal advice as a player has always been to not spend on the RNG aspect but what is guaranteed. If the redeemable items look good, that's what I would focus on. Minato is a plus and yes, there was a high volume of Minato's obtained, but in the end. It's still RNG. There will be players that will receive them and others who won't.
