Game Isn't Loading - Client and Browser

Game was working fine last night. Only started today in that I only have a white screen with nothing loading, or the *le screen but with no loading bar or text. Occasionally if left alone for long enough it will show an error message about failing to load:

Clearing cache hasn't worked, not sure how to proceed.
