How do you get the last 2 rewards?2

It says to clear with at least 9 and 11 ninjas alive and I did but still cant claim it,could it be that I didn't select 12 ninjas before clearing the trial?I usually select only for the main team until a ninja gets defetead but I dont think it should matter.

You need to select a total of 12 ninjas to get those rewards since the game counts "12 ninjas" as "12 ninjas", not "100%". You using/selecting 11 means 100% of surviving units but 1 unit short to 12 ninjas. And you need to select 12 ninjas in all 12 checkpoints too.
