does chojuro ever have skillbreak system same with naruto sage mode only need 3 star to skill breakthrough?

If you want to look up what ninjas we can expect that has a skillbook from the China server, use this google doc and look up the translations: https://docs.google.com/do*ent/d/1NugtF12K5S1lPNH1vkE2cp5mjV9kEvJDLdaWFY_V610/edit#. At the moment, chojuro does not have skillbooks.

the breaktrough could be so:


hiramekarei liberation +1: hits the whole field

ninja sword +1: add bloodthristy demon

water style - water wall +1: highfloat to repulse and paralysis

power of water +1: atk/nin increased by 9% per water ninja

power of water +2: atk/nin increased by 9% per water ninja and increases his critical rate by 6% every time it uses a water effect (chase or mystery)
