Low level newbies getting tendo frags and minato hokage by using one draw while people spending 50$ didnt get a single frag. At least put a threshold where you can get a farg guaranteeed if you spent a specific number of rolls not just pure RNG because sometimes that RNG is so fishy :(

Its not guarantee that if you spend more on wheels,you get big price.Thats the reason people recomend to not rely on this type of events,where random factor play big role.Better strategy will be to save and spend at points based event,where you will know exactly what you get for your money
