1＃ Go Tois there anyone else who has problem with the game crashing?
some days it works fine, other days it can crash between 10 to 150 * times. i have tryed to play on Chrome, Mozilla and mini client, same thing. Other games works fine, it's only naruto online who is crashing. have updated the computer, flash player but nothing works :(

Hi! What happens when you try to use mini-client? Does the mini-client crash? Or do you disconnect. When you encounter an error in game, please type "hylogfile" without the quotation mark and save the log file. Note: to open a save for hylogfile, you must type hylogfile anywhere in the game after the error occurs. It will not work if you use a text cursor to type it out (you should not be able to see yourself typing "hylogfile").

Once you get the log file, please send it to customer service with the issue.

well the screen just becomes black when i use mini client and then i have to refresh. but i will try
