You can add them to blacklist or block them, cant remember how this function is called in the game. When you click on a selected character, menu should pop up with that option. In chat window, theres a circle with a red " / " on it, it's another method of blocking. Keep in mind, if the person you wish to block is in your friend list, it will reset all of your current friendship progress. Hope it helps.

if u dont want to lost ur friendship progress there a function that just block ur msg on ur msg box . u need to tick cancel blink to block it .
