Is there a reason why you can't just adjust system volume? Are you perhaps playing music while want to listen to sound effects?

on a windows pc you can right click the sound icon and open the volume mixer, this allows you to manaully pick certain programs volumes, so you can lower the volume of the naruto client whilst still having youtube loud
