So I was able to get the appeal to reset my password. Which worked wonderfully. But when I try to log onto the game through the mini client or from Oasis website.

I get the user cannot be found. Please direct me in the right direction with this. Thanks in advance.

It's something completely normal after resetting the password.

Give it a bit of time. it'll come together.
