Until the other cloud Ninjas came out, Ay has never been a serious threat, more of a pain in the ass, I've never really had too much of a tough time beating Raikage teams even with semi-basic Ninjas, power and initiative certainly helps.

Most Super Rare characters are not as scary as you expect when they're the only really rare character on the team. It's just that people who tend to have those characters tend have alot higher power, but generally no, it's a hassle but far from unbeatable.

I do think though with 3rd Raikage & Samui, Ay is going to be alot harder to deal with, which is a good thing as frankly I thought he was pretty average compared to other kage ninja, Mei & Sasuke would have made more sense being Kage Super Rares than Ay.

easy beat: Water main - roshi - han - sailor sakura. full f2p he cant do * remove buffs in round 1 and he will die from poison in round 3-4 plus he cant kill anyone wihtout buffs.. other team. Obito inside and gg you just control Ay in 1st round after his first basic attack you go with obito and immobile him removing everything. and then try to kill light main fast and thats it. Samui will be in front she will take a lot of dmg from basic attacks.
