I get enough try hards in training when I'm just doing arena just for my dailies and have to run into people with try hard teams as if it is ranked.

Ranked Arena is the competitive arena cause you have something to lose. So lets keep that crap over there.

I don't know why anyone has their chat set to anything but World, Group, or Team, LOL. Why even allow yourself to read the possible whining from the other end? I never talk to my opponents while in Arena, Sage, or Matsuri.

You have to read it all threw...he was helping our group mates so he had to put that chat on...we usually speak with one letter or our name lol like my name is Arian- so if I was with him id just type his name or he would type mine and thats it...cause group chat is very fast..people are talking about different stuff and cUse a lot of people did arena from our group it was best for the battle chat.

Like yo..you're really flaming me right now and your running this mess lol. Its best to just ignore them. Some people give you praise for having a pretty cool comp but 90% of the time people will flame you saying "p2w *bag" or something along those lines. Ive only experienced saltiness in normal matches and never in ranked.

Hell I just avoid arena until my groupmates want to run, it's nothing against our little cluster of servers I just prefer having a chance to fight my own mates solely because we * talk eachother... though too often members start "accidentally" fighting other people over mutual hostility which leads to me kicking my own peeps, them rejoining and us failing GNW x_x.

If it's getting extreme and I mean actually to the point where the fight rolls beyond battle chat, you do have the power to pm a leader of their group, most group leaders don't want bad eggs causing fights and drama that make the group as a whole look bad. Respect and basic detail's in such messages would go miles to some form of action being taken, remember we're all human. There's no need to repeatedly msg over it nor dwell on it, odds are it will boil over or be dealt with.

ex: S00.Name has been needlessly toxic to me/and or my group, they've been starting fights and filling world with threats and spam directed at individuals, it'd be much appreciated if you could talk with them about it.

*if it's to the point that you need to make a customer support report SS' everything relevant and give detail, even anything that incriminates yourself, honesty is as important as the details.*

Yes, I also agree, if you find a player acting in a toxic manner and continues to do so, then I recommend reporting it to the misbehaviour thread found
