Opinion: Reward ninja frags instead of skill books

Reasoning: The event reward is wasted and punishes players who already worked to get the frags to unlock skills. Selling a skill book for coins is insulting. If I can't get the frags to get something useful (like another skill), then this is a waste of time.

Suggestion: Reward ninja frags OR allow extra skill books to be converted into frags.
