Hi! I've never heard about such an issue before but I recommend contacting customer service. If you have any screenshots pre and post upgrade that would be helpful.

You 100% sure you upgraded the right tool? Check your other equipped tool, maybe one of them got it instead.

I contacted customer service as this mod told me to do. But I doubt anything will come of it. I am not a youtuber I do not record myself playing this game. No one takes before and after pictures of their upgrades.

Please do re-post this at the bugs section so that the team handling these kinds of problem can check your account. You can take a picture of your "after" upgrades and include it in the thread together with your server and IGN and/or whatever the person in charge asks of you. Thank you.
