Hello I have to report event "Summons rebate". I draw 50 scrolls, got my rewards, it wrote me I need another 30 to draw to get another rewards for 80 draw so I saved 30 summon scrolls, this morning drew them, but then it wrote me I need another 9 that I drew only 71. I really don't understand this your calculating systeme.

Part of the rebate are 7-day temp scrolls. Those scrolls will be used FIRST when you draw and they do NOT count toward the rebate.

So you have used 71 REAL scrolls and 9 "fakes", you need to use 9 more real ones.

Truth? That's pretty lame. When is seal scroll rebate there is nothing like 7 days bullsh*t seal scroll. I can just simply use them and it's count. Why this can't be for summon scrolls too? Ofc It's used as first, I know it, but in the end I used 30 summon scrolls which should count.

Actually, in seal REBATE, the reward is also 7-day scroll which doesn't count for the rebate itself.

Recruit feedback is a different even than the rebate.

Yes, there are two different events for seal scroll usage.

This is correct.

Summoning Rebate scrolls don't count towards the rebate itself.
