1＃ Go Towhy is it if we are both level 100. i hit like a level 20 and he hits like a 120? makes no sense.. if the only thing that carries over is initiative.. it shouldnt change the power of attacks that much.

Because he, very likely, by having initiative advantage have also the autobarrier up. In arena only initiative matters. You can try by yourself by removing magatamas/runes and you'll see that only initiative modifies your displayed power if you use the same team.
is that why i just got *d by someone with 28500 bp.. and all i have is 26554.? 2k+ = pure p2w cancer.

Those are two different lineups If you use high basic atk/nin ninjas like orochimaru or iruka then your displayed power skyrockets in comparison with other lower stat ninjas simply because their basic level 100 stats are very high, but this doesn't mean at all that the team is stronger. What i meant before was that if you use the SAME lineup the only thing that modifies your displayed power is initiative equipped, in the sense that if you use a certain team, lets say a common mei, mabui, tenten gnw, the displayed power of that team is the same both if you have 10k atk/nin/etc... and if you own 2k atk/nin/etc... but changes if you add or remove even 50 initiative and only with initiative.
Let me be clearer. If you meet your mirror team in arena and owns higher power than you then means it owns more initiative than you and by the difference in power you c*so try to figure how higher his initiative is in comparison with yours.
