There's a guy that posted both in events feedback for 7 September and in events 7 September that by buying 2450 mission general mobilization packs didn't get any ninja. This is more or less a proof that the old policy of 1 ninja per server per day is back even if you all from oasis reassured us many times is not so. I want to know what happened to that guy and why it happened otherwise i won't spend again a cent because this means we can't trust any of your words.
