1＃ Go ToDoes team buffs and shields like Iruka, Konan, Guy, Akatsuchi, Ao work for entire ranked team?
For example i have:
team A 2akatsuki+2konoha
team B 1akatsuki+Konan+Iruka+1konoha
team C 3konoha+Guy
do all my ninja will get buffs and shields - konoha ninja from Iruka, Akatsuki from Konan, everyone from Guy?
Or should i make teams like: A-Konan+3akatsuki,B-Iruka+3konoha, C-Guy+3 taijutsu focus ninja?

Konan good with Akatsuki. Try to pair Her with Other Akatsuki too not just 1

Iruka is only for your linuep, but shields like ao's or mabui's or konan's hit more than one lineup. Guy's leaching effect too works for the whole field, but the 30% atk boost is only for one lineup. There are some misunderstanding and mistranslations in general.
So basically if p@ssive is like "buff/shield up to 9 akatsuki/konoha/earth/fire etc" it work for all ninja with that ability all the my side of battlefield, but if it like "buff all ninja inyour team" it will work only for 1 lineup? Good to know, that makes Konan strong as hell :P

If there's no translation mistakes then 'team' refers to the 4 ninjas you put on the field, 'lineup' refers to the 4 ninjas + summon/clones/pets, 'Field' refers to the three lineups you can have in gnw, ranked or tis.
about your assumption, yes, if says 7+ targets then is a field effect.
