So basically this team is all about the passives. Each ninja on this team has a passive that boost their stats.

So the idea is to stay healed with water ninja, meanwhile you get stronger and lay on the Dot damage. Good combos too.

they would all work better with kabuto.

the stat gains from 3 star kimi are very good, but for anko and ukon, im not too sure. doesnt seem to use anko's barrier to the fullest.
