1＃ Go ToWhatever happened to this stuff? 5 left over points in UT and 76 Tendo Fragments leads anyone with a brain to guess that there is more to the event with the raise of level cap.
Also, what happened to the buyable Red Chakra runes that were mentioned on the 3.0 Preview site?
EDIT: Also, did it not get mentioned several months ago during the drama that Mood Scrolls were coming back to the Group Wheel?
(By the way, the censor on the forum as well as in-game is awful, if you don't know how to stop it from ruining normal words then don't have it at all)

We got the remaining Tendo frags with the ultimate training update yesterday which means that it's a matter of 2 weeks at max until they release it in NA as well. As for Shikaku just don't bother he sounds good "on paper" but he's far beyond useless plus he's a free ninja that should've been released in the survival trial shop with update 3.0 smh heavy at people that are actually spending money for him thinking he's worth it lol

nah knowing NA and how they approach things it's probably going to be a little longer than that i mean don't get your hopes up cause they always find a way to disappoint
