Super rare ninjas in chase missions

So far in chase missions, I haven't seen pain tendo, 9 tails chakra naruto and fukurokumaru fragments. And I'm just wondering is it possible to get them in chase missions? From what I know, no other super rares are in there. You only need Tendo 4 times to get him however, due to being available in ultimate

I have gotten Nine tails Naruto like 3 times and Tendo like 3 times, so it is possible just a slim chance. And now since chase won't be every weekend we have even more grinding.

I've seen PB sasuke a few times, Tendo when 2.0 first launched (1st 2.0 chase mission), never Fukurokumaru, and 9 tails on other servers

I have gotten Naruto [Ninetails Chakra] probably like 3-4 times? Tendo I only got once T_T It is quite hard to find sometimes =p

I got tendo 3 times in 2.0 and once in 3.0 (so i actually recruited him for free without the need of other baiting features) and i got naruto ninetails chakra 0 times in 2.0 and once in 3.0

I have never missed a single chase missions and I have only gotten a tendo frag ONE time, other people have gotten 4. I'm convinced that some accounts have complete crap RNG, like me. I have never hit a single "jackpot" on anything and its extremely frustrating to see people with much less time into the game have really good rewards handed to them.
