I have 620 points in the lucky board event and want to increase my power so i want to buy either charms or refines. My refines are all rlevel 4 with 4 being level 5. My charmsare mostly level 3 with a couple of level 4 or 2. I haven't really done that much ultimate training. Which would be better?

Depends, if your cave stones are pretty decent i would say go for charms, if not then refines

My cave stones are moslty level 2 with a couple of level 3,4 and 5. I have 220 cave keys saved up though waiting for a rebate.

I'd say charms. Monthly event will provide you with refines. Over the long run, you will have no more use for them.

if u can get the 200 refines rebate,go for refine since now it's a good time to upgrade them.if not charms.

Disagree bro. OP has level 4-5 refinement which is really bad.

At least 1st action ninja needs to be level 7 refinement before going for charms imo.
