request time out again

Anyone has this problem? just clicking an icon like character and load very slow and takes time! then request time out appears.

I don'y have any problem on any other sites other than this game. i can normally watch online without any lag at all.

yeah..

even in mini client..also tried older version of it..still the had same problem..

i think it might have something to do with swf files being downloaded while in the game..also searched for this case

i wonder even the support can't even take care of this problem..

I just asked someone from the team and they advised me to tell you this:


1) did you do a clean cache refresh [game doctor ingame client + browser = clear all history from beginning of time]

2) do you have any downloading softwares open like Internet Download Manager etc?

3) did u open any other accounts at the same time / did ur client crash before that?

yeah also tried that.

i dont have IDM installed.

i used to play up to 3 accounts without problem using the client until this issue happened few days ago while also downloading some stuff

no error appears, it just happened

now im just using google chrome with just one account. still takes minutes just to load the character or ninja icon even i dont dowload anything else. im sure i have no problems in my internet connections as i can browse without problems to other sites.

Hi! Out of curiousity, did you ever shut down your computer before playing again or has your computer been on the entire time? It is quite possible that multiple instances of NarutoOnlineen.exe is active. You might have to close them all and restart the game by using the Task Manager.


If you are on PC, Task Manager can be opened by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc; close all instances of NarutoOnlineen.exe. The other way to more quickly do this is creating a Task Kill Shortcut.


How to create a Task Kill Shortcut:

Right-Click anywhere on your desktop, then press "New", then "Shortcut".

Under the new window, type in C:\Windows\System32\taskkill.exe /F /IM NarutoOnlineen.exe /T

Like shown below:

Then click "Next" and then "Name" the shortcut.

Everytime you find the game is lagging, just press on the shortcut you created and it will Kill All the "NarutoOnlineen.exe" tasks.

yeah

i'm also aware of that. of course i shutdown my pc when im done on naruto and been using timed shutdown after take a hot spring bath.

probably this has something to do with the swf file. also there's problem related to swf file that is too slow to download even it has not that big.

here's the thing i have done:

1. cleared the cache

2. tried different browser and older version of client

3. removed and re-installed the flash player. then installed an older version

4. hard-reset my router, default settings for internet options, even tried just this PC alone connected to the network and wi-fi turned off. my speed still fast on other sites except for the swf that is being downloaded

5. system restored from months ago

6. i tried playing in at my work and it seems fine there (so probably it's an internet connection issue)

7. last thing i did not tried yet is too re-install my whole PC but i think that's far enough.


hope there's someone could help me on this. :(

I can see that you have tried the older version of the client.

A few questions:

- So you've tried playing on browser and on client?

- Where are you from and what region are you playing on?

- Have you tried playing using the new version of the client? Found Here


If all else fails, I recommend contacting customer support directly. I will also ask to see if there is another solution, but I recommend submitting a ticket and referencing/linking this thread in your ticket.

It happens when your connection is not stable(packet loss,jitter, dc for few seconds);could happen during your ISP's peak time. If the server is too far away this could happen also. Try flusing your dns : go to cmd, type ipconfig /flushdns then press enter

i am using the latest version of the client from the time it was released until yesterday i used the older version but still they both have same problem so im using the Google chrome for now. but still slow on loading a swf file for the game.

haha the support don't even replied to my previous ticket until now. so relying on them might be a mistake.

i also tried this one even the settings in the router i set all to default

still the same :(

if i just have another PC to test the game but i don't have
