So guys I got this breakthrough pill from the refine rebate and its my first one so I dont know on what to use it...my refines are all 8-9 dont have a 10 yet working on it tomorrow maybe but I need advice from people that know this. Thank you.

Look at all your equip and check the purifies, use it on the one that has a high Ini % like 95%.

If you have a few similar ones then pick the ones that has overall the best purifies
