  • It's called Lucky *, you won't get tendo frags unless you're lucky. Last event there was someone in my server who spent 5k coupons and got 2 frags, but someone got 3 from a draw 10. You just gotta hope oasis loves you.

No lol you'll get tendo after you reach a certain threshold... There's no luck in this particular game, it's all about fixed drop rates.
