It's called Lucky *, you won't get tendo frags unless you're lucky. Last event there was someone in my server who spent 5k coupons and got 2 frags, but someone got 3 from a draw 10. You just gotta hope oasis loves you.

No lol you'll get tendo after you reach a certain threshold... There's no luck in this particular game, it's all about fixed drop rates.

There is most likely fixed drop rates, however, Oasis (obviously) won't tell us what the rates are.
