The event you are talking about is pretty good if you need medium refinement since every 10 rolls you get in average 23-24 stars, so for 100 coupons you actually buy 7-8 runes that is a pretty good price. If you don't need runes then the event is horrible.

I really enjoyed lucky stars, I spent mostly coupons and maybe $5, getting like 8 seal scrolls, 11 summoning scrolls, recruited ningendo pain, and also redeemed a ton of mood scrolls/cave keys as well as recruited playboy Sasuke. It's just luck of the draw, really

Lucky Stars has always been an event in which players should avoid like the plague in the past. What was on the Wheel however was a lot better. Most of the time you would only get 1 Star or 1 frag of a ninja. It doesn't change the RNG on it *s, just remember all your prizes are already pre-determined the moment you click the spin *on. Or go for any of your rewards.

Even Survival has the rewards predetermined cause every time you see say

Asuma Wind Blade 30 coupons Awakening Material Awakening Material Choza

You will always never get the 30 coupons. But get everything else.

Yup. Trail vault in survival is rigged. Is it just me or other people that I always get the most useless and worthless items in trial vault. I never get the frags, coupons or seal scrolls.

I've gotten coupons and seal scrolls

10 coupons though :x

Just memorize the prize list and you can figure out what you're going to get every time.
