Ok, so I came up with this great idea to make these more tolerable.
First off convoy missions right now are 35 coupons, and from 1 plunder you get 35 coupons + 15 you stole = 50. But having to wait for that SS is painful.
IF the convoy mission (still one) was 50 coupons, and from one plunder you would get 50 coupons + 15 you stole = 75 it would be much better, with a maximum of 2 plunders per day instead of 3. With the amount gained being the same, 150 coupons.
This way you make everyone happy, the plunderer waits for 2 SS instead of 3, and the convoyer gets more coupons but not too much.
From Mihai: it is a nice time saver for the ppl who plunders (overall the server might have lesser victims but it might encourage more ppl to plunder as it takes lesser time)
EOTD, there is no perfect solutions for this system.
50+15 = 75.... that works sooo well
Also, the 3x50=2x75 bit, which is true in theory, but assumes that plunders always gets 3 attempts.
I'll make you a counter offer.
You still get 3 attempts, but you can only succeed once(after first success, it's over), so in best case scenario, you only need to plunder once. Success grants 150 coupons.
At the same time, make support matter by not having hp recovery between the fights. Also, allow a player to forfeit the support fight anytime they want and start the second fight. This is to prevent players from stalling the fight after an assured victory to heal up (talking from masuri/survival experience here)
This would make any single plunder harder. But as soon as you get one, you will get full reward.
Disagree on 2 plunders for 150.
But I agree on having the same hp bar as PraiseLuka mentioned.

This will not make convoy players happy at all. They already dislike plunders as they already do. The cps gap is too huge and they are going to hate plunders more due to 2 runs that make 150 cps, meanwhile they get 35 cps (or less) for 1 run.
I am currently to happy with 1 SS for 50 cps a day, sometimes 100, that's awesome. 150 is rare for me. (And some day if I'm really lucky another 50 from Lucky wheel.)
This will make more plunders than convoys due to much easier prize to get. Players are going to expect themselves to be plunders.
I used to do convoy, because it's easier and less time consuming, thus less cps than plunderers. I considered myself generally strong for f2p with decent ninjas I have. But when it comes down to power gap. Those days I couldn't just spend 2k cps monthly on lucky board due to limited access to cps.
Therefore Plunders will only get stronger heavily due to access to large and easier cps, when it comes to lucky board like this they will pour on refine and charm and boost their power.
This will lead too much power gap monthly or whenever there are events for power boost that will decrease player's motivation because they just can't keep up.
The things that makes no sense here is the fact that convoys and plunders are theoretically group activities, but group rank or status don't matter anything for it.
If you are in the strongest group in the server, but exists a group composed by the 5 strongest people in the server + their alts then the fact you are in the strongest group of the server doesn't matter.
