1＃ Go ToI find his skill "tailed beast control jutsu" useless. I think it would be better if it does +12% more damage fighting against jinchuriki's.

Comparing it to minato, he gets 12% combo rate and 9% taijutsu every chase. For me it really doesn't make sense having the -12% reduction nin/tai fighting against jinchuriki. 12% seems very low, Like roshi that buffs himself back every hit he receives.I hope they will improved obito's passive knowing he is an expensive ninja.
