I find his skill "tailed beast control jutsu" useless. I think it would be better if it does +12% more damage fighting against jinchuriki's.

Yeah you are so right. We talked about this few days ago...it completly negates itself...like why would u even put that skill. Like u are expected to fight against 3 or 2 junchuriki just to work in ur favour and still isnt good.

Comparing it to minato, he gets 12% combo rate and 9% taijutsu every chase. For me it really doesn't make sense having the -12% reduction nin/tai fighting against jinchuriki. 12% seems very low, Like roshi that buffs himself back every hit he receives.I hope they will improved obito's passive knowing he is an expensive ninja.

He DECREASES Jinchuriki's damage, not of himself. But anyways, he should affect only the enemy side, not his own side aswell. On Chinese Servers, he only affects the enemy team (the 12% decreased damage), that's why everyone runs him with the Kurama linked Naruto. ^_^

They should adjust him on the NA servers.
