You probably want to take some screenshots if it's still ongoing.

They hardly ever process complaints w/o them, unless it's super wide spread.

But you might be able to get compensation out of them if you have screenshots.

And if condition permits, include screenshot or video of you clearing cache/refreshing page. Just so they can't blame it on you.

Screenshot of running internet stability test won't hurt either, to prove that you have a good connection. Thou do note, it's not about your internet speed, but rather pocket loss ratio. This game don't require lots of speed but can't handle pocket loss at all. So prove to them you don't have that problem.

Remember, the way to get compensation is to back them into a corner, eliminate any excuse they might have about the problem being you and therefore, proving beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the game is the problem and thus deserving of compensation.

Hello, I have the same problem. Trying to do everything that is possible. Clearing cache, trying both client and in browser. Nothing seems to work. As you can see in the included picture https://prnt.sc/ge67d2 it keeps saying "system error" and it does not let me finish my last win for SEAL SCROLL. And it seems to be general bug, half of my group cannot do it. Hopefully it gets fixed/compensated. Thank you and have a nice evening :)

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I tried fighting in arena and the matching works and I can fight as usual. Everything else works except for Matsuri. I already tried everything too but I give up. How do you close a thread or eliminate it?

I got the same bug. I think this is one of the problems that needs to be dealt with within minutes. How is it possible it is not even answered. Being mod is I suppose a job as any other? So it should have people working shifts nonstop. 8 8 8 or 12 12 or 6 6 6 6 hours a day.
