You probably want to take some screenshots if it's still ongoing.
They hardly ever process complaints w/o them, unless it's super wide spread.
But you might be able to get compensation out of them if you have screenshots.
And if condition permits, include screenshot or video of you clearing cache/refreshing page. Just so they can't blame it on you.
Screenshot of running internet stability test won't hurt either, to prove that you have a good connection. Thou do note, it's not about your internet speed, but rather pocket loss ratio. This game don't require lots of speed but can't handle pocket loss at all. So prove to them you don't have that problem.
Remember, the way to get compensation is to back them into a corner, eliminate any excuse they might have about the problem being you and therefore, proving beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the game is the problem and thus deserving of compensation.
