Today, I just spent 300 ingots to buy Monthly pack. But I only got 1 spin? What gives? Isn't it 100 ingots per spin, so I should get 3 right?

EDIT: Also, your customer support is somehow broken.


I am using your mini-client. CS loads ok, but can't select option. Thats why I post here.

the slot machine is a recharge event not consumption

Make sure to clear your cache, as the description of the Slot Machine reads "Recharge" not spent.
