repulse damage is half the damage done to the repulsed ninja, so if i hit ur clone for 10k, the ninjas behind it get hit for 5k. to reduce the damage from repulse u need to reduce the original damage taken

Lightning repulse standard hurts so much more because it ignores defence, which causes that damage to transfer to the back rows, so it gets pretty insane when you run against blitz teams and the repulse keeps proccing.
