Hi, you are probably not upgrading your magatamas or battle armor etc. To increase BP you should look at the icon in the top left corner that says "Power Up". Its will tell you what to do to increase BP. And one more thing is that it will also show a bar and a "recommended BP" for your level.

Very likely the main reason is that you aren't doing strong approaching every week and that you are wasting your coupons.

I highly recommend spending some time, coins, stamina, and coupons on upgrading your rune stones, magatama, equipment, ninja awakenings, charms, and refinements/purification. Those give you the biggest power boosts and I suggest you do them one at a time so you don't accidentally miss anything or find yourself in a tight spot.

Do your daily/weekly tasks!

1. ninja exam daily for magatama and scrolls to upgrade equipment

2. Survival trial daily for coins and cultivation runes

3. Team instances daily for ninja tools

4. Do your convoys. Get support for SS, even if you lose it is still 105 coupons a week.

5. Do SA 7 times a week to upgrade battle armor

6. Attend 9 tails and group summon for more coins and coupons

7. Attend GNW for group coins to spend on med refine runes in group shop.

Power up!

1. Make sure all your ninjas are leveled up max, cultivated max and awakened max.

2. Mood your ninjas. Just 10 scrolls can give u +25% to one primary attribute.

3. Invest some coupons into tactics. Level 3 tactic is quite cheap and can help you alot.

4. SWEEP plot instances to farm materials to upgrade your equipment. Alot of newbies have no idea that they need to clear the blue circle to get 3 stars rating for plot instances in order to SWEEP them.

5. Farm ninja fragments daily from their respective elite instances for those ninjas that you want to use for a long time to upgrade stars. Example, Sasuke or Hinata.

6. Save all your coupons and only spend them on lucky board for medium refine runes. Do this until you are 35k power.

7. Only spend coupons or use resources (medium refine runes etc,) during events where there are rebates that will give you more * for your buck.
