Can you put some things like refines or charms only with ingots?

Look if you put event for ingots spending put something to spend ingots on..not the froggy event that is not battle power event at all..i bought almost everything in that panic buy which it doesnt reset for me...its like that for months now...and I want to get hidan and edo haku....The big problem is that I cant choose to buy something with ingots because it goes to coupons first and dont wanna spend 10k coupons just to spend ingots after that...all I see in konoha shop is that summon pack which I really dont need. If you can help me that would be great.
