You are not wrong, they have literally cut off medium refines in half in lucky board and in missions boxes they are nowehere to be seen anymore.However, medium refines is not such a huge deal as you c*ways buy them from group shop and monthly event points + they still are in quite a few events, the real problem is the lack of advanced refines imo.

Advanced refines rarely pop up and if they do you can barely get 5-7 during a whole week of events as f2p, if they are in hot topics events which happens around once a month.

I was a bit bummed today when I was spending my coupons on the lucky spin event, apparently you can only claim 30 medium refines.

Oh well!

You can still get them through the monthly event, its where I get most of mine. No sense spending coupons on it when I can spend Stamina

You do this after your battle armor reached rank 6 otherwise in monthly event your priority are medium threads.
